If you wish to delete your KnowSeat account, you can submit a deletion request below. Please review the following information before proceeding:
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:
- All your personal data will be permanently erased from our systems
- Your transaction history and seat exchange records will be deleted
- Any pending transactions or credits will be forfeited
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use KnowSeat again
Processing Time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
