1. Seat Swap

Find a seat on a crowded Delhi Metro coach. The convenience fee depends on how crowded the line is when the seat is offered; the applicable fee is shown on the seat before you pay. You pay only when you claim a seat, and the fee is refunded in full if the swap does not happen.

2. NCMC Card Recharge

Recharge your National Common Mobility Card in fixed denominations. This service is launching soon and cannot be purchased yet.

3. Metro QR Tickets

COMING SOON Delhi Metro single-journey and return QR tickets, issued through the ONDC network at the official DMRC fare for your route. KnowSeat will not add a convenience fee on tickets. The exact fare is shown before payment. This service cannot be purchased yet.

4. KnowSeat Rewards

• New users receive 20 welcome reward points.
• Offer your seat and complete a verified handover to earn 2–10 points per swap.
• You can add points at ₹1 for 1 point.
• Use them when you claim a seat. 1 point = ₹1 off that seat claim.
• Added points expire 1 year after you add them. Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn to a bank account or UPI.

5. How checkout works

1. Sign in to the KnowSeat app with your mobile number (OTP).
2. Choose your metro line, destination and coach.
3. Pick a seat on the seat map. The convenience fee (MRP, discount and final price) is shown before you pay.
4. Tap Claim seat and choose Pay via Paytm (UPI, debit/credit card or net banking) or redeem your reward points.
5. Complete payment on Paytm's secure checkout page. You return to the app automatically with an order confirmation.
6. Meet the seated commuter and share your one-time code to complete the handover.

6. Service delivery

All KnowSeat services are digital and delivered inside the app immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped. Your order ID and payment status are shown in the app and are available from support on request.
